Class Descriptions

Puppy Pre-School  (3 to 4 months of age): $100 prepaid for 4 visits. Basic housetraining, daily agenda and routine, collar and leash introduction, "Sit", "Come", and good manners are introduced.  This is an important socialization stage of your puppy's life.

Puppy Works (4 to 6 months of age): Current vaccination record required

Private one-on-one guidance to create the foundation for your perfect pet.;

 $ 100 prepaid

Puppy Kindergarten is for puppies 4 to 6 months of age that have approval from your veterinarian. In each 45 minute session puppies are taught with positive reinforcement to sit, down, stay, walk nice on leash, play well with others, no bite, no jump, quiet, vet and groomer friendly.  Puppies also are introduced to many situations to build their confidence in a controlled environment. People are taught why your puppy does what he does and how to be a fair leader.  Like our human babies, puppies need to be nurtured.

Canine Good Citizen (CGC)  Current vaccination record required

Class starting in July with certificate testing on August 14th.; 5 sessions for 45 minutes each, $75 prepaid

Test and certification on 5th session.

Canine Good Citizen is an AKC certificate acknowledging that your dog has good manners in public.

Private lessons:           Current vaccination record required

$100 prepaid for 4 lessons.  Private lessons are for dogs that need one-on-one concentration. Twenty-four hour notice is needed to cancel a session as preparation is made on an individual basis.

Various days and times can be arranged to meet your schedule.

Trick classes; Upon request, $20 to learn 3 tricks

Clicker Training. Upon request, $100 prepaid for 4 lessons. This is a great technique to use in training more difficult exercises with your dog.

Rally-O: Upon request, $100 prepaid for 4 lessons

Agility: Current vaccination record required

$60 prepaid for 4 lessons.  Will start in the June of 2010

Good mental and physical exercise.  Dogs learn self-confidence.  Human and dog learn teamwork in a fun way.

After attending Basic Agility class, you can practice agility at your convenience at our facility for $5 per visit.  You can set up your own course and work on any equipment that you need practice on.
