2010 RULES:
Dog owners/handlers are personally responsible and legally responsible for their animals. You are using this facility at your own risk, and are personally and legally liable for injuries or damage caused by you, your guests and/or your dog. Jean Nakaerts, her family or insurance can not be held responsible for you and your dog's participation in this event. An annual waiver must be signed and current veterinary records on file before you and your dog participate. Your first visit must be by appointment on a Tuesday or Saturday evening without your dog.

All dogs must be on leash in the parking lot and in the "Sit/Stay Room" (reception area.)
- Please toilet your dog in the grass before entering the building.
- Dogs may be off a leash only within the designated fenced area. All dogs must have a leash available.
- Owners/handlers must be within visual and vocal range of their dog at all times. If owner/handler has to leave fenced area, out of sight or hearing of dog, then a friend needs to take responsibility of supervising dog or dog needs to be crated outside fenced area until owner can again monitor their dog.
- Owners/handlers must clean up after their dogs immediately.
- Dogs must have a current license and vaccinations. License must be on dogs' collar, the collar must be on the dog. Flat collars (no prong, spike or slip) only in fenced area. ID tags MUST be on all collars.
- Aggressive dogs and humans are not allowed. The owner/handler of any dog(s) exhibiting aggressive,
overly assertive or unruly behavior are required to immediately remove the offending animal. Off leash
does not mean out of control for anyone. - One dog per person for non-annual members.
- No children under the age of 14 years old allowed in fenced area.
- Puppies 6 months and under need special provisions to play: all shots, separate from large adult dogs etc.
- All dogs must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age.
- Consumption of alcohol, food, smoking, drugs and the use of glass containers are not allowed.
- No long lasting chewies allowed in fenced area.
- No pig ears, rawhides, or other preserved animal parts allowed on the premises.
- Bring your own dog's water bowl.
- Please keep barking to a minimum.
- Do not allow your dog to mark on dog play equipment, toys, inside building, on the porches, on other people or dogs, outside of building, or doors. Your dog MAY mark on trees, grass, weeds, fence posts, fencing, and/or rocks.
- Humans must stay off equipment.
- Jean Nakaerts reserves the right to close the facility for maintenance and repair.
- No digging.
- Do not allow your dog(s) to scratch at any doors or windows.
- No dogs allowed to be left unattended in the park, in the building, in cars, or anywhere on the property.
- No smoking on these premises.

IS # 1 PRIORITY.
